ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We accept returns for refunds, for items damaged in transit. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within a week(7 days) of receiving the product at info@wenjuelu.com to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receiving the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Non-returnable items: customized items, sale items, or gift cards.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) for any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a time frame of 2 weeks(14 days). You will be responsible for any related shipping costs.

Disclaimer

Many of our items are hand-made and have imperfections that might appear to be defects. These are not to be considered defects and are Features of the manufacturing process.

Size: Sizes displayed on garments are only for reference and might not be standard. Customers are responsible for checking for the actual size of the garment according to the size chart provided by us to ensure that they fit them prior to purchasing. No exchanges or returns are allowed for size differences. For items without detailed sizing information, please email us before making purchases. 

Colors: Some items might lose their colors upon washing or dry cleaning. Following the care instructions attached to the item might avoid loss of color or seepage of color onto other parts of the garments or other garments. Caring for the item is the customer's responsibility and the quality of the fabric or the color of the garment is not warranted by us.
